Silicon Edge Graphics (SEG) is a fabric printing and tensioning system that's been used in the trade show and exhibition industry for over twenty years. Phoenix Wall brings it into residential, hospitality, and office interiors for the first time.
What makes SEG different
SEG fabric is printed at high resolution — up to 720dpi — on a polyester weave that's engineered to hold colour without fading. The edge of the fabric is finished with a soft silicone "bead" that clips into a groove in the aluminium frame profile.
The result is a perfectly tensioned, completely flat graphic surface with no visible edges, no wrinkles, and no fixings. It looks like a backlit poster — but warmer, softer, and infinitely more refined.
"150+ standard fabric colours. Any custom print. Washable. UV stable for 10+ years."
The environmental case
A Phoenix Wall panel can be updated with a new graphic in under a minute. The aluminium frame stays on the wall. The acoustic core stays in place. Only the fabric changes. This dramatically reduces material waste compared to traditional wall renovation approaches.
All Phoenix Wall fabrics are produced from recycled polyester, and old panels can be returned to us for recycling at end of life.
