Where we practice being human

For coworkings

Give your coworking something of its own that your members talk about outside

A wall with the faces and projects of your people. Visitors and new members hold up their phone and see who they share the space with, without you having to make the introductions.

Book 20 minutes with Jesús

You pick the day and time and I call you. No account and no commitment.

"People come, work and leave." And if you want them to get to know each other, it is on you to organise it.

In an hour we install a wall with twelve of your members, two of their projects and your space's identity. Each frame opens a profile when someone holds up their phone. For eight weeks we measure how many times each frame is scanned and which ones are never scanned, and in week 8 we review it together.

Coworkings that sell themselves as a community, in Málaga.

What it looks like

Hold up your phone and the profile of whoever is in the frame opens

Each frame has an NFC chip inside. You see who they are, what they do and what they have posted, only what that person has chosen to show. Whoever scans installs nothing: the app is for you and your members to manage the profiles.

The context

A coworking sells community, and community does not build itself

Some members work two desks apart for months without knowing what the other one does. It is easy for conversations never to go beyond hello.

For whoever runs the space, activating that community calls for something that is:

  • Physical, not just digital.
  • Visible, without depending on everyone opening an app.
  • Participatory, without organising another event every week.
  • Flexible, so the content can change over time.
  • Measurable in its activation, with an initial period and reports on what has been set up.

Phoenix Wall starts from a simple idea: a wall can be more than decoration. It can be a point of discovery, participation and encounter inside the space.

A common space can invite a conversation to begin.
What it is

A physical installation designed to activate participation

Phoenix Wall turns a wall into live NFC profiles, rotating pieces and real encounters, so people discover each other, take part and reconnect.

The installation combines:

  • An installed mural that gives the wall presence and context.
  • 16 framed pieces with NFC technology.
  • A profile attached to each piece, opened by bringing a phone close.
  • Profiles can be updated whenever you like from the panel. The physical pieces are renewed gradually, according to the content calendar.
  • An initial activation accompanied by Phoenix Wall for eight weeks.

Each frame opens, via NFC, the profile of the person behind it. Each member decides what their profile shows, and you decide who appears on the wall.

Phoenix Wall is not a screen playing content passively. Nor is it a social network. It is a physical installation that uses one simple digital interaction to take people from the wall to discovery and, when it makes sense, to a real encounter.

The moment

New members join every month

In their first weeks, many of them do not know anyone. Phoenix Wall supports that arrival and measures what happens over eight weeks.

Your numbers

What is each member worth to you in a year?

A networking event brings the community together for one evening. The wall is by the coffee machine every day.

What each member brings in over a year, we work out on the call, with your numbers.

We do not promise how many will stay.

How it works

From an available wall to an experience that can be activated

We visit and validate the space

We review with you the location, measurements, visibility, member flow and the conditions needed for installation. This visit lets us assess the fit before making anything.

We install the mural and the 16 pieces

The Wall Pack includes the installed mural and 16 framed pieces with an NFC chip. Each piece connects to the profile of the person behind it and can be part of a composition that evolves.

03

The wall is yours and stays in your space

We install the wall in an hour. It is yours from installation day and stays in your space. The eight weeks are the start-up support: we set up the experience, coordinate the activation and measure how many times each frame is scanned. In week 8 we review the report together. After that, the app keeps running and is free, with paid options if you need them.

If the call makes sense for your space, the next step is a technical visit to the coworking.

What's included

Everything needed to install a wall and get it going

The Wall Pack costs €4,900 plus VAT, paid in two parts: 60% on signing and 40% on installation day. It includes:

  • Installed mural.
  • 16 framed pieces with an NFC chip.
  • The setup needed to get the attached profiles running.
  • Coordination of the installation.
  • Launch of the experience.
  • Eight weeks of activation.
  • Reports on the activation carried out during those eight weeks.

The final scope of the installation is reviewed during the technical visit, particularly regarding measurements, location and the conditions of the space.

A physical installation ready to be activated

The Wall Pack includes an installed mural of 2 m², formed by two 100 × 100 cm boards, along with 16 framed pieces ready to become part of the experience. The pieces combine three formats to build a balanced visual composition:

  • 2 pieces of 30 × 40 cm.
  • 2 pieces in A4 format, 21 × 29.7 cm.
  • 12 pieces of 13 × 18 cm.

Every piece comes with an oak frame, glass, a magnetic back and an NFC chip. The final location and the fit of the composition are validated in a technical visit before the installation.

The panel

Manage the wall and understand how it is used

Phoenix Wall includes a management panel where you can update the profiles linked to each piece, review the wall's activity and spot which pieces need attention.

You can look at the scans of the last 7 or 30 days, the daily average, the pieces that received interaction, the busiest hour, the day-by-day evolution and the comparison between fortnights.

You can also review which pieces are still active, check the URL attached to each chip, see the last scans registered and rearrange the pieces visually with the wall editor.

Phoenix Wall does not use the scan to identify the person, nor does it ask for their phone or location. The metrics show aggregated interactions of the wall, not the identity of whoever scans. The technical setup and the privacy policy determine which technical records may be kept.

The activation

The installation is the beginning, not the end

During the first eight weeks, Phoenix Wall supports the launch of the wall so it has a clear context inside the space.

The activation may include:

  • Defining the initial approach for profiles and content.
  • Coordination with whoever runs the space or the community.
  • Guidance on how to present the wall to members.
  • Follow-up of the launch.
  • Review of how the pieces evolve and are used.
  • Reports at the end of this period.

The activation does not replace the space's own participation. It needs a named person, you or the community manager, to approve profiles, content and communications.

Phoenix Wall does not present participation as something automatic. The activation exists to put the system in context, learn from the real use of the space and decide the next steps with information.

The delivery

What you get, in countable units

“Accompanied activation” means nothing if it cannot be counted. This is what the price covers, with its number.

MeetingsFive: technical visit, proposal, kick-off, week 4 review and week 8 close.
ReportsTwo: week 4 and week 8.
Week 4 report · initial activityAccumulated scans, daily average, pieces that received interaction, day-by-day evolution and busiest hours.
Week 8 report · continuityA comparison between the last fortnight and the previous one to see whether use holds, rises or falls, which pieces are still active and which need attention.
Profile coverage (optional)If you tell us how many fixed members you have, we add what share of them is represented on the wall. We do not need names or individual data.
Profile updatesUnlimited from the panel, at no cost. Changing where a piece points uses no material.

SupportBy email or WhatsApp, during working hours, with a first reply within two working days.

What your space provides

This is not small print: without it the wall does not work, and I would rather say so up front.

  • A named contact person: you or the community manager.
  • Approval of what is published and written permission from every member who appears.
  • Presenting it to members. A wall nobody announces is an expensive picture.
  • Access to the space on installation day, and a clear wall.

What it does not include

  • Building work, drilling into special surfaces or structural reinforcement.
  • Extraordinary call-outs outside the installation day.
  • Moving the installation once fitted, or repairing the wall.
  • Replacing pieces lost, stolen, vandalised, damp-damaged or knocked.
  • Writing each person's content: that is written by whoever hangs.

Privacy by design

Phoenix Wall does not identify whoever scans. The system neither asks for nor uses their identity, phone or location for the metrics. A scan is an aggregated activity event, not a person: that is why the reports talk about the installation and not about who walked past.

What if few people take part at first?

The first weeks tell you what your community is interested in: which frames get scanned, which do not, and at what time. With that data you change who appears in each frame, without redoing the wall. In week 4 we review it together and adjust, without waiting for week 8. What we cannot promise is how many members will take part: that depends on how you present the wall. What you do get is knowing what works in your space.

Installation

Before anything is made, we check the wall is ready

The technical visit exists to review:

  • Available measurements.
  • Type and condition of the surface.
  • Location and visibility of the wall.
  • Distance from routes and meeting points.
  • Access to carry out the installation.
  • Conditions needed to fit the mural and the pieces.
  • Fit of the experience with how the space is really used.

Phoenix Wall works out of Málaga and coordinates the installation process directly. As this is a physical project, the final proposal depends on the specific space and on the access conditions.

The visit does not oblige you to hire anything. Its purpose is to allow a clear assessment before a decision is taken.

Real proof

One real installation: Phoenix Wall at Elysium

Phoenix Wall at the Elysium launch event, with mural and NFC frames
Phoenix Wall at the Elysium launch event. Frames of creators scanned by the guests.

Phoenix Wall was first shown at the launch event of the Elysium brand, with frames of creators that guests scanned to see their profile and their Instagram. It shows the physical system installed in a real space: the mural, the framed pictures and the NFC interaction.

Elysium is a brand event, not a coworking. We do not yet have published cases or testimonials we can show here.

That is why we do not attribute to this installation any figures, improvements or effects that are not documented.

If you want to see how it would look in your space, the first step is a 20-minute call.

Objections

Reasonable questions before installing a wall

What if we don't know where to install it?

That is exactly what the technical visit is for. We look at the available walls, the measurements, the visibility and the flow of people before defining the fit.

Who prepares the profiles and content?

Phoenix Wall helps structure the launch and coordinates the process with whoever runs the space. You decide who appears, and each member approves their profile before it is published.

Do we have to commit for months?

No. There is no fixed fee. The app stays free after the activation, and the paid options are explained before you have to decide anything.

And if people don't take part?

Participation cannot be taken for granted. That is why the activation includes support, context and a review of what happens over eight weeks. The space also decides how to present the wall to its members.

Is this a screen or a social network?

No. It is a physical participation system. The wall is made of a mural and framed pictures; NFC links each frame to its profile. It does not replace the community group or the coworking's booking app.

What happens after the eight weeks?

The eight weeks are the start-up support: we set up the experience, coordinate the activation and measure usage. After that, the app keeps running. For the first three months you can use all its features, and the paid options are defined from real usage.

Are there coworkings already using it?

We do not yet have coworkings with the wall installed. The only real installation we show is the one from the Elysium launch event. We prefer to say so clearly.

Who installs and coordinates?

Phoenix Wall coordinates the project and the installation directly, from Málaga. Before the work is confirmed, the space, the measurements, the location and the access conditions are reviewed.

Can we validate the space before deciding?

Yes. The technical visit is designed to validate the space and the fit before anything is made or installed. Requesting it does not oblige you to hire anything.

Does the member pay?

No. The coworking pays. Neither the frame nor the profile is charged to whoever appears on the wall.

Paid options

Defined from real usage. We explain them in writing before charging anything, with what each one includes.

What is not included

Building work, extraordinary travel, relocations, wall repairs, hardware replacement due to external damage or redesigns of the installation.

Damage from loss, theft, vandalism, damp, knocks, incorrect handling or voluntary design changes is quoted separately.

No lock-in

The hardware is yours. The network is the service.

The Wall Pack includes the frames and standard NFC chips, which become the space's property. While you use the app, those chips connect to the profiles, works and spaces of the Phoenix Wall network, plus the panel and the metrics.

What if we stop using the app?

The physical installation is still yours. You can reprogram the chips with a compatible NFC tool, such as NFC Tools, which is free and takes about two minutes per chip, so they point to your own links.

To be precise: the chips remain usable forever. What you lose when you leave the network is not the chip: it is the map, the public profile, creator discovery and the scanner's collection.

Frequently asked questions

Before we talk, these are the answers that matter most

Who is Phoenix Wall for?

For coworkings that sell themselves as a community, and for whoever runs it: the space's management or the community manager.

How much does the Wall Pack cost?

The Wall Pack costs 4,900 € plus VAT. It includes the installed mural, 16 framed pieces with an NFC chip, the launch, eight weeks of activation and reports.

What happens when the three months are over?

The app stays free. If paid options come later, we explain them in writing before charging anything, with what each one includes.

How many pieces are included?

The Wall Pack includes 16 framed pieces with an NFC chip.

Can the pieces be changed?

There are two separate things. The profile each frame points to is changed from the panel, as many times as you like and at no cost. A new printed physical piece is quoted separately, and its pace is planned according to the chosen formats.

What does the NFC open?

Each piece opens, through NFC, the profile of the person behind it.

Do people need to install an app?

It is not designed as an experience built on an app of its own. The interaction starts by bringing a phone close to the NFC chip to open the corresponding profile.

Can it be installed on any wall?

Not necessarily. The installation depends on the measurements, the type of surface, the location, the access and other technical conditions. That is why the visit matters before anything is made.

Do you work outside Málaga?

Phoenix Wall operates from Málaga. Availability and conditions for an installation outside the area are reviewed in the first conversation.

Does it make sense in your coworking?

If it makes sense for your coworking, book 20 minutes with Jesús. We review your space, your numbers and the conditions before preparing anything.
