We visit and validate the space
Together we review the location, the measurements, the visibility, the flow of people and the conditions the installation needs. This visit makes it possible to assess the fit before anything is made.

For Heads of People and Employer Branding who want to activate their workspaces better.
This is not an automatic purchase, nor a standard installation for any space. First we visit the place, review its measurements, location and conditions, and talk with you to assess the fit.
Offices can be well designed and still be places you only pass through. People work close to each other, yet don't always know who is behind each desk, what interests they share, or what conversations they could start.
For People and Employer Branding teams, activating that space means finding something that is:
Phoenix Wall starts from a simple idea: a wall can be more than decoration. It can work as a point of discovery, participation and encounter inside the company.
Phoenix Wall turns a wall into live NFC profiles, rotating pieces and real encounters, so people discover each other, take part and reconnect.
The installation combines:
Each piece opens, through NFC, the profile of the person behind it. The content can be written in a close, human register and approved by the company, in line with its internal communication and privacy criteria.
Phoenix Wall is not a screen playing content passively. Nor is it a social network. It is a physical installation that uses one simple digital interaction to take people from the wall to discovery and, when it makes sense, to a real encounter.
I want to see if it fits our officeThe Wall Pack costs 4,900 € plus VAT and includes:
The final scope of the installation is reviewed during the technical visit, particularly regarding measurements, location and the conditions of the space.
Request a technical visitThe Wall Pack includes an installed mural of 2 m², formed by two 100 × 100 cm boards, along with 16 framed pieces ready to become part of the experience. The pieces combine three formats to build a balanced visual composition:
Every piece comes with an oak frame, glass, a magnetic back and an NFC chip. The final location and the fit of the composition are validated in a technical visit before the installation.
Phoenix Wall includes a management panel where you can update the profiles linked to each piece, review the wall's activity and spot which pieces need attention.
You can look at the scans of the last 7 or 30 days, the daily average, the pieces that received interaction, the busiest hour, the day-by-day evolution and the comparison between fortnights.
You can also review which pieces are still active, check the URL attached to each chip, see the last scans registered and rearrange the pieces visually with the wall editor.
Panel screenshots with simulated data. These are not any client's metrics.
Phoenix Wall does not use the scan to identify the person, nor does it ask for their phone or location. The metrics show aggregated interactions of the wall, not the identity of whoever scans. The technical setup and the privacy policy determine which technical records may be kept.
During the first eight weeks, Phoenix Wall accompanies the launch of the wall to help the experience have a clear context inside the company.
The activation may include:
The activation does not replace the company's own participation. For the wall to make sense, a point of contact is needed, along with the collaboration required to approve profiles, content and communications.
Phoenix Wall does not present participation as something automatic. The activation exists to put the system in context, learn from the real use of the space and decide the next steps with information.
“Accompanied activation” means nothing if it cannot be counted. This is what the price covers, with its number.
This is not small print: without it the wall does not work, and I would rather say so up front.
Privacy by design
Phoenix Wall does not identify whoever scans. The system neither asks for nor uses their identity, phone or location for the metrics. A scan is an aggregated activity event, not a person: that is why the reports talk about the installation and not about who walked past.
Participation is not guaranteed: it depends on how you present the wall and on your culture, and that is not in my hands. What is guaranteed is that by week four you will see, in numbers, how the wall is being used — which pieces work and which do not — and that in that meeting we change the approach instead of waiting until week eight. The commitment is diagnosis and correction, not outcome.
The technical visit exists to review:
Phoenix Wall works out of Málaga and coordinates the installation process directly. As this is a physical project, the final proposal depends on the specific space and on the access conditions.
The visit does not oblige you to hire anything. Its purpose is to allow a clear assessment before a decision is taken.
Validate our spacePhoenix Wall has one installation, carried out at the Elysium gym. This reference makes it possible to see the product installed in a real space: the mural, the framed pieces and the NFC interaction.
It is important to place it correctly: Elysium is a gym, not a company that has used Phoenix Wall as a People or Employer Branding tool. We currently have no published corporate cases and no company testimonials we could present on this page.
That is why we attribute no figures, improvements or effects to this installation that are not documented. We show it as a visual reference of the physical system and its installation.
If you want to assess how it could adapt to your office, the next step is to request a technical visit.
That is exactly what the technical visit is for. We look at the available walls, the measurements, the visibility and the flow of people before defining the fit.
Phoenix Wall helps structure the launch and coordinates the process with a point of contact at the company. The company takes part in selecting, reviewing and approving the profiles and content that get published.
There is no lock-in on the later fee. The Wall Pack covers the installation, the launch and the eight weeks of activation. After that, continuity costs 89 € a month per wall, with no lock-in.
Participation cannot be taken for granted. That is why the activation includes accompaniment, context and a review of what happens over eight weeks. The company also has to decide how to present the wall and how to invite people in, coherently with its culture.
No. It is a physical participation system. The wall is made of a mural and framed pieces; NFC connects each piece with its profile. It does not replace the intranet, nor does it aim to be a general-purpose social network.
The company can continue with the wall for 89 € a month per wall, with no lock-in, which keeps the NFC infrastructure, the panel, the metrics, the support, basic maintenance and 30 print credits a month. It can also review the next step with Phoenix Wall based on the activation and the reports delivered.
We currently have no company with which to present a published corporate case. The only real installation we show on this page is at the Elysium gym. We prefer to say so clearly.
Phoenix Wall coordinates the project and the installation directly, from Málaga. Before the work is confirmed, the space, the measurements, the location and the access conditions are reviewed.
Yes. The technical visit is designed to validate the space and the fit before anything is made or installed. Requesting it does not oblige you to hire anything.
Wall Pack
4,900 €
plus VAT, one payment
Installed mural of roughly 2 m², made of two 100 × 100 cm boards.
Includes:
After the activation
89 €
a month per wall, no lock-in
Keeps Phoenix Wall operating after the initial activation: NFC infrastructure, the panel to update profiles, monthly metrics, support, basic maintenance, 30 print credits a month and replacement through normal use. No lock-in.
What the fee covers
Keeps Phoenix Wall operating after the initial activation.
The wall's NFC infrastructure stays live, and from the panel you can change which profile each piece points to, without physically replacing the whole installation.
You get a monthly report with the interaction metrics available for the wall over that period.
To renew physical pieces: 10 credits for a 13 × 18 cm, 12 for an A4 and 16 for a 30 × 40 cm. Unused credits roll over for up to three months.
Remote checks of the NFC behaviour, updates to the management panel and small operational fixes to the installation, as long as they need no new pieces made and no change to the wall.
Questions and adjustments about the NFC infrastructure, the management panel and how the profiles behave. By email or WhatsApp, during working hours, with a first reply within two working days.
Pieces damaged through normal use are replaced using the available print credits.
What the fee does not cover
Basic maintenance does not include building work, extraordinary call-outs, moving the installation, repairing the wall, replacing hardware damaged from outside, or redesigning the installation.
Damage from loss, theft, vandalism, damp, knocks, incorrect handling or voluntary design changes falls outside the fee and is quoted separately.
No lock-in
The Wall Pack includes the framed pieces and standard NFC chips that become the company's property. While the subscription is active, those chips connect to the profiles, works and spaces of the Phoenix Wall network, along with the panel, the metrics, support and maintenance.
And if we cancel?
The physical installation remains yours. The subscription simply stops renewing at the end of the period already paid for. From then on you can reprogram the chips with any compatible NFC tool — NFC Tools, free, about two minutes per chip — so they point to your own links, or ask us about the continuity options available.
Precisely put: the chips remain usable at all times. Where they point depends on the service you keep active. What you stop having when you leave the network is not the chip: it is the map, the public profile, the discovery of creators and the collection built by whoever scans.
The board and the pieces are the same physical components. What changes is the service around each purchase.

This is an installation and activation service for companies. It is not the purchase of a self-install board.
The monthly fee per wall is independent of the Wall Pack price. The Wall Pack covers the installation and the initial activation; the later fee covers the continuity of the system once the eight weeks are over.
The final proposal is settled after reviewing the space and confirming the scope of the installation.
You tell us what space you have, what you want to activate and who will take part in the decision.
We validate measurements, location, access, surface and the fit of the installation.
Together we define the scope of the Wall Pack, the location, the coordination and the initial approach to activation.
Manufacturing and installation start once the scope and the conditions of the project are confirmed.
We coordinate the installation of the mural and the pieces, get the profiles running and accompany the activation for eight weeks.
At the end of the activation we deliver the corresponding reports and you decide whether to keep the wall for 89 € a month per wall, with no lock-in.
For companies that want to activate their workspaces, and for Heads of People, Culture or Employer Branding looking for a physical experience of participation and discovery.

Two different things. The profile a piece points to is changed from the panel, as often as you like and at no cost. The printed physical piece is renewed with the fee's print credits, which is why its pace is planned around the formats chosen.
Each piece opens, through NFC, the profile of the person behind it.
It is not designed as an experience built on an app of its own. The interaction starts by bringing a phone close to the NFC chip to open the corresponding profile.
Not necessarily. The installation depends on the measurements, the type of surface, the location, the access and other technical conditions. That is why the visit matters before anything is made.
Phoenix Wall operates from Málaga. Availability and conditions for an installation outside the area are reviewed in the first conversation.
